    • The suites are on the first and second floors and are reached by stairs — there is no lift, and no ground-floor suite. If stairs are difficult for you, please contact us before you book.

    • Yes. There's no reception, but you can store your luggage safely with us both before check-in and after check-out — just message us on WhatsApp or by email to arrange it.

    • No — the minimum is one night, at any time of year, including weekends and the Christmas-market period.

    • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, the same for all four suites. Check-in is self-service by code, so you can arrive at any hour.

    • The easiest option is Interparking 't Zand, a covered car park about a 10-minute walk away. Street parking nearby is limited to 4 hours in the daytime and is expensive, but free from 20:00 to 08:00. The train station is only about 5 minutes away, too, if you'd rather not drive.

    • No — the suites don't have air conditioning, but each has a floor fan and a ceiling fan.

    • Yes — with self check-in by code, late arrivals are always possible. There is no arrival cutoff.
