How does check-in work?

We use self check-in via a key safe. After payment, you'll receive the access code and instructions by email. This way you can arrive at any hour that suits you.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, via the 'My Booking' page you can look up your booking with your reservation number and email. Cancellation is possible according to our cancellation policy in the general conditions.

Is there parking available?

The easiest option is Interparking 't Zand, a covered car park about a 10-minute walk from the suites. Street parking nearby has a 4-hour daily limit and is paid during the day, but free between 20:00 and 08:00. The train station is only about 5 minutes away too, if you'd rather not drive.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00 — the same for all four suites — with self check-in by code, so you can arrive at any hour. We can't guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but you don't need to carry your bags: you can store your luggage safely with us both before check-in and after check-out. Just message us on WhatsApp or by email.
