# General Conditions

## 1\. Identification

## 2\. Scope

These general conditions apply to all bookings made via musicsuites.be, managed by Music Suites BV.

## 3\. Booking

A booking is final upon receipt of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number. The booker must be at least 18 years old.

## 4\. Prices

All prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT and tourist tax, unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on season and availability.

## 5\. Payment

Payment is made online via Stripe at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and iDEAL.

## 6\. Cancellation

Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: full refund. Cancellation 7-30 days before check-in: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: no refund.

## 7\. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Self check-in instructions will be sent by email before arrival.

## 8\. House rules

-   Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
-   Pets are not allowed
-   Parties and events are not allowed
-   The guest is liable for damage to the accommodation
-   Quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00

## 9\. Liability

Music Suites BV is not liable for theft, loss or damage to the guest's personal belongings. Liability is limited to the booking amount.

## 10\. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bruges.
